“If we have a North swell, you are lucky and we can surf in the Tamarindo Rivermouth. Don’t go there if it’s flat. With swell, there are different sandbars all over the beach to surf. Surf the Rivermouth low tide then at high tide move further south toward the reef or Pico Pequeño. That’s where everyone hangs out at high tide on the peek, going right and left. It’s more fun, like a hangout.”
